Terms
The short version:the invoice is the agreement.
This website is here to help you work out what is wrong and whether to call us. The work itself is governed by what is written on your estimate and invoice, not by anything on this page.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, print, and share anything here. Please do not scrape it, republish it as your own, or use our photographs — every install picture on this site is a job of ours, shot on site, and they are not stock images to be reused.
What the site is, and is not
Everything here is general guidance about garage doors. It is not a diagnosis of your door and it is not a quote. A garage door spring stores a great deal of energy and can injure you badly; the symptom guides on this site are written to help you decide what to do next, not to talk you through a repair. If you act on something you read here, you do so at your own risk.
Prices, availability and appointments
Any price, range, or timeframe shown on this site is indicative. The price that binds us is the one on the written estimate you approve, and it is given after somebody has looked at the door. If what we find on site changes the number, we say so before we start rather than after we finish.
Requesting an appointment through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. It is confirmed when we speak to you and agree a time.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box on the booking form, you agree to receive text messages from Riverside Classic Garage Doors about that appointment: the booking confirmation, an alert when the technician is on the way, the quote for the work, and any follow-up needed to finish the job. This is a service program tied to your appointment, not a marketing list — we do not send offers, newsletters, or promotions.
Message frequency varies with the job. Message and data rates may apply, and those are between you and your mobile carrier. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them; you will get one confirmation that you are unsubscribed and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or call us on the number below.
Consent is optional and is never a condition of booking, of the price, or of the work. Leaving the box unticked changes nothing except how we reach you.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and neither delivery nor timing is something we can guarantee — if a message matters, we call. See the Privacy page for what we do with the number.
Warranty
We give a written warranty on parts and labor. Its terms are stated on your invoice, which is the document that governs it. Nothing on this website extends, replaces, or limits what that invoice says.
Liability
We stand behind the work we do — that is what the warranty and our license are for. What we cannot accept liability for is your use of this website itself: the site is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or correct about your particular door. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law, including for personal injury caused by negligence.
Links out
Where we link to a manufacturer, a license lookup, or a review platform, we do not control that site and are not responsible for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts serving Riverside County.
